It suits a business that already sells
A distributor with shops on the books, a warehouse and a rep who visits them. The product is not hard to sell, but somebody has to be in front of the buyers, and that somebody is you.
### Distribution ###
We work with one distributor to a region rather than several, agreed in writing and held for as long as the volume holds. What you take on is a country or a market and the shops in it; what you get is a price that does not move underneath you and a workshop that buys fur against your season.
### The arrangement ###
A region is a promise we make in writing and then keep, and the thing that makes it worth anything is that we say no to other people.
You name the region. We agree it in writing, and while it holds we do not quote another buyer inside it. That is the whole of the exclusivity, and it is the part that is easy to promise and hard to honour, which is why it goes on paper rather than into a conversation.
In exchange you commit to a volume for the season, and the price holds for all of it. That commitment is not a formality on our side: the workshop buys fur against it, in a season when the fur is there, which is how a colour you sold in the first season is still there in the third.
The limit is capacity rather than appetite. We will agree to a region we can actually carry and say no to one we cannot, and we would rather lose a deal than take a region we cannot fill. The terms in full, on the wholesale page.
### Who it suits ###

The price holds because the volume is committed. A region taken on to see how it goes is a region nobody is buying fur against, and that is the arrangement that fails in the second year.
Start as a stockist. 50 pieces or $500, mixed freely, on published terms, and see the sorting and the finish for yourself. A region is a conversation for after that. Ordering and terms.
### The range ###
Six sizes and six collections out of one workshop, so a shelf can be built from one supplier rather than assembled from three.
Four banded sizes from 15 to 50 cm, a life-size 120 cm quoted per order, and alpaca fur rugs at 100 by 65 cm. The whole collection.
Own hangtag, care label, carton marks and barcode, and a colour matched to your reference. Private label and OEM.
Written against the standards your market names rather than a general badge, and the shade standard your reorders are judged on. Compliance.

We would rather you did not. Start as a stockist at the minimum, on published terms, and see the sorting and the finish for yourself. A region is a conversation for after that, because it commits the workshop to buying fur against your season.
No. The limit is capacity rather than appetite, so we agree to a region we can actually carry and say no to one we cannot. We would rather lose a deal than take a region we cannot fill.
