### Retailers ###
The floor is fifty pieces. A hundred is one metre of shelf and four colourways, which is what the example below adds up to: a first order should be a season's test, not a leap of faith.
Almost nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Every piece is cut, sewn and trimmed for your order, which is why the shades match across a repeat and why the calendar matters. Now and then a colour and size are already made and can go straight from the shelf, and we say so when they are. Order in March for the autumn floor.
The hundred can be four collections and three sizes. The one floor is 5 of any one colourway, because below that the fur sorting costs more than the pieces are worth.
Allin Maki sells to trade and nothing else. No webshop, no marketplace listing, no stall at your local fair undercutting the shelf you just paid for.
### Exclusive regions ###
You name it, we agree it in writing, and while it holds we do not quote another buyer inside it.
You commit to a volume for the season and the price holds for all of it. The workshop buys the fur against that volume in a season when the fur is there.
The compliance pack written against the standards your market actually names, and the shade standard your reorders are judged on, so the third season is the same colour as the first.
And what we ask for in return. The volume you committed to, in the season you committed to it. The shade standard held, so a shop in your region and a shop in ours are looking at the same Sahara. No selling into a region that belongs to somebody else.
The limit is capacity, not appetite. We will agree to a region we can actually carry and say no to one we cannot.
### Moving up ###
A shop that reorders three seasons running and opens a second door is buying at a different scale by the third order. When your orders cross five hundred pieces, you will purchase from us at lower prices.
The tier is calculated on the order in front of us, not on a status we granted you. Cross 500 in one order and you are on trade pricing for that order, whatever was agreed before it.
A season you cannot fill moves the price back a rung. It does not end anything, and there is no penalty invoice. We would rather have the honest number in March than the optimistic one in September.
