### What OEM means here ###
Your label goes on it, ours does not
White label alpaca soft toys, made to your specification rather than picked out of a catalogue. You own the brand, the range and the shelf. We own the fur, the pattern and the eight standards the piece is tested against.
We are the workshop. Not the agency, and not the forwarder.
As an OEM alpaca toys manufacturer we match the colour, develop the shape, cut, sew, face and brush, then label the piece as yours and hand the carton to your agent ex works Lima. We already manufacture on this basis for a leading European alpaca brand, so the questions your quality team is about to ask have been answered once already. What we do not do is write your brand for you or book your freight.

Four things are yours to specify
A custom alpaca plush programme is mostly these four decisions. What sits under them, the fur, the stitching, the filling and the test file, stays exactly as it is on our own range.

Colour, matched to your reference
Send a Pantone number or the piece you sell today. We dye against it, or name the closest natural fur and tell you honestly how close it is. You approve a lab dip before anything is cut.

Your name on every part of it
Hangtag, care label, carton marks and barcode, EAN-13 or UPC-A on numbers you supply. Send print-ready artwork, or send what you have and we will say what is missing.

A colourway held for you alone
An exclusive colourway is reserved to one brand and written into the order, so a shade you paid to develop does not turn up in somebody else's range next season.

A body that does not exist yet
Shape and size development from a drawing, a photograph or a piece you send us. We cut the pattern, sew a prototype and quote the new body once you have signed it off.

Priced on top of the bands we already publish
Private label changes neither the minimum nor the incoterm. It adds one line to the unit price, and the piece is still costed against the same ex works bands as everything else.

The private label line is fixed at $0.20 a piece. Colour match, exclusivity and a new body are quoted per project, so the figures shown for those three are indicative until your quotation.
