Who is ordering, and where is it going?

Enough to raise a proforma invoice, and the market, because the market decides what we can quote. No account, no password, and none of this is shared with anyone.

The company

Legal company name As it should read on the invoice. The proforma needs the registered name.

Trading or shop name (if different)

Street and number The invoice and the export papers are addressed to this.

Second line (unit, floor, post box)

Postcode Customs cannot clear an address without one.

City The city on the invoice.

Country of the address Where the company is registered. The country the goods are imported into is the next question, and it is allowed to be a different one. The invoice address needs a country.

VAT number, or EORI for an EU import Without an EORI number the goods cannot clear, so it saves a round trip to give it now.

Your name So we know who to write back to.

Work email Give an address we can reply to.

Phone or WhatsApp (optional) Lima is six to seven hours behind Western Europe. WhatsApp is usually faster than email.

Country of import Choose the country the goods will be imported into.

What kind of business is it for? Choose the closest fit.

Choose the country of import, and this shows the standards your toys are made to and the papers that come with your order.

Compliance

Anything we make passes the tests.

A soft toy sold to a child in the EU or US is a regulated product. Every piece that leaves this workshop is built to every standard below, whether or not anybody asks to see the report.

Pick your sizes and colours

One tab per size. Tap Mini and you get every Mini we make, collection by collection, with what each one costs per piece. Add in ones, fives, tens or twenty-fives. The 100 minimum counts across every size and colour together, so spread it however the shelf needs, and the band drops again at 500 and at 1,500.

Your colours, and whose name is on it

Two answers here decide what your order looks like on a shelf and how long it takes to get there.

Your colours

Some of what you have chosen may already be finished and on the shelf in Lima. Taking those instead of making them can take weeks off, and it means one or two colours come out a shade different from the ones you picked.

These exact colours, I will waitEverything is made for you in the colourways you picked. Four to eight weeks, and nothing is swapped without asking. Flexible, if that brings the date forwardWhere a near colour is already made we use it and tell you exactly which, before anything is cut. The rest is still made to your list.

Whose name is on it?

Anything to attach?

Files (optional) Artwork, a photograph of a Pantone chip, your own line sheet, or the piece you buy today. The file itself stays on your machine; we record the names so we know to ask you for them.

Once the order is made you can send any piece from it to any accredited laboratory you choose, before the balance falls due.

Freight and dates

We sell ex works, so your forwarder collects from the workshop. We prepare every document from our side: commercial invoice, packing list, carton marks and weights, certificate of origin, HS classification and the EU to Peru trade agreement paperwork. We do not issue a bill of lading, because your forwarder does.

Prices on this page are indicative bands; the firm number arrives with the quotation and is valid 14 days. Full private label is $0.20 per piece on top.

What happens next

Acknowledged immediately. An email confirms this reference, and the 24 hour clock starts on our side.
A firm quotation within 24 hours. The EX WORKS price for this exact mix and the time the workshop needs. Valid 14 days from today.
You accept, we check, and the proforma follows. After a final check on the order, the proforma invoice comes to you with the bank details, within one working day.
Then 50%, and production starts. The other 50% is due when your order is finished and checked, before your forwarder collects.

Your forwarder collects, or we post it to your door. Your forwarder picks it up at the workshop in Lima. Or, if we ship to your country, it goes by post to your doorstep within 15 to 30 working days from collection.

Your order is with us, and this browser keeps no copy of it. The reference, your own page and the email are the record. While this page is open you can go back and change it. Sending it again sends a second request next to this one, so tell us on your order page which one counts.
